Our operations team have years of road freight experience and are dedicated to understanding
their customers’ requirements. They are skilled in interpreting and responding to
customer information and finding the most efficient and cost effective transport
solution for every job. Once work is booked and confirmed, their role is to monitor
and check every load on every step of its journey - as well as GPS tracking and
checking technology-driven data, this can mean speaking to drivers and site operating
staff at several locations, often in their native language thereby avoiding misunderstandings
and ensuring specific instructions are adhered to.
Freightex collects data for a number of different KPIs to monitor on-time performance
and other service criteria. We are committed to using this data to help continually
improve and to ensure we always provide our customers with excellent service.
