Where we quote customers a freight price fixed for a period of time longer than a month, we may need to make periodic price adjustments to reflect the effect of changing fuel prices and exchange rates on the cost of purchasing freight.

Our cross-channel freight costs are in Euros, so we also usually need to make periodic currency adjustments if customers want a freight price fixed in GB pounds. These adjustments do move prices down as well as up!

When we give you a long-term price quote, we will also give you a reference fuel price, a fuel cost multiplier and (if quoting in GBP) an exchange rate, all based on actual rates at the time of the quote. At the beginning of each month after the contract start date we will let you know if the freight price has changed. You can use the interactive tables below to see what the new freight price will be.
